  • Production Supervisor

    Nadrasca has outstanding opportunities for driven and motivated individuals, passionate about making a difference.  Joining an ambitious and growing team on an exciting change journey, these full-time Production Supervisor roles are based in a great Eastern Suburbs location. 


    What we want from you?


    As key members of the Production Supervisory team and reporting directly to the Production Coordinator, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Nadrasca Industry.  This is a hands-on position with an emphasis on quality, efficiency and supporting our workforce to be their best.


    • Knowledge and/or experience of production processes in a manufacturing and supervision environment is desirable
    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to achieve results
    • Self-motivated and able to work with both minimal direction and supervision
    • A “can do” attitude with a passion to continuously improve
    • Grow the safety culture by leading the Gemba Kaizen program daily and monitoring 5s     implementation and audits
    • Effectively utilise raw materials, equipment, and machinery to achieve   maximum outcomes
    • Assisting the Production Coordinator to efficiently organise and supervise employees.

  • Senior Support Worker, Community Living

    The Senior Support Worker position is part of Nadrasca Community, which comprises Community Living, Outreach and Day Programmes responsible for maintaining a home environment that encourages independence and empowers individuals to actively participate in their life. The support provided by Nadrasca staff encourages residents to experience opportunities while networking within the broader community.

    The Senior Support Worker is responsible for contributing to the planning and leading support for people with disabilities within their home and in the community to enable them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. 

    The Senior Support Worker contributes to maintaining an environment that empowers people with a disability. In this position, a Senior Support Worker will assist the House Supervisor and is responsible for acting in the House Supervisor role when required.

    About you

    You are an experienced disability support worker who may have leadership aspirations, with a passion for supporting people with disability to achieve their goals. 

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Have a contemporary understanding of best practice disability support, including a commitment to person-centred active support.

    • Build strong relationships with residents and their support networks to ensure a collaborative approach to the planning and delivery of supports.

    • Support and coach support workers 

    • Be open minded and flexible, with the capacity to deal with unexpected or challenging situations.

    • Proactively drive continuous improvement



    A NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements of this role.  If you do not already hold these, you will be required to obtain them prior to employment.
