 Nadrasca is seeking a high achiever to join our dynamic team in the role as the NDIS Engagement & Communications Coordinator as we continue to empower and support our participants through the introduction of the NDIS and beyond.

This critical role involves building close working relationships with both the participant and their families/carers, adding a unique and privileged perspective into the lives of those that we support. This is a high-impact, high-energised role with incredible exposure to all aspects of the NDIS environment.

Although experience within community services or the NDIS would be an advantage, the following attributes could prove your suitability for the role:

HOUSE SUPERVISOR

About the Role

As a key member of a the Accommodation Services team and reporting directing to the Manager, Accommodation Services, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and management of support workers at the house, in order to provide a quality service for all relevant residents.

Ideally, candidates will have a relevant qualification in the disability sector. Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.

The key performance indicators for the role are:

  • managing team experience and or HR experience, specifically Leadership and Team Collaboration.
  • cooperation and professionalism including resolving day to day conflict in a timely manner.
  • conduct Supervision and provide mentoring to team members per the appropriate processes
  • support staff in day to day performance targets and provide professional development opportunities to the Accommodation Service Manager.
