SALES EXECUTIVE/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Are you an experienced Sales Executive/BDM with a track record of results?  Your mission is to generate new business opportunities and manage existing customers across our areas of operation.

Are you passionate about generating business opportunities and managing existing customers in a Not For Profit organisation?

Are you emotionally intelligent, self managed and able to problem solve?

What you’ll be selling.

Nadrasca Industry solves our customers’ problems across packaging, warehousing and printing.  Employing over 150 people with disabilities, Nadrasca Industry is looking for an ethical operator to seek out and show business how we can support them to thrive.

We offer extensive value added services including contract packing for food and general products, light manufacturing and assembly, POS / Display assembly, Full 3PL logistics facilities and a complete commercial printing operation. Our customers include some of Australia’s premium brands, Government Departments and large infrastructure organisations.

Key functions of the role:

  • You will be on the hunt and building relationships with potential customers to show them how we can support their business grow. If you can get them through our front door, our facilities and people do the rest.
  • No one week will be the same, with your key tasks focused on in person and electronic lead generation activities; building relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their business and how we can solve their requirements; completing quotes; recording daily activity and sales results within Nadrasca’s internal CRM system framework and turning your hard work into activities for our supported employees.
  • You will be given the autonomy to leverage off your background in sales and business development to build a pipeline and undertake activities to increase sales.
  • You will be keen to develop and build on relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven background in business to business (B2B) sales, via a value based sales process.
  • To develop, promote and execute the sales plan aligned with business growth strategies.
  • Strong communication, strategic business planning and industry networking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and build a strong pipeline of prospective sales opportunities to close.
  • Work closely with the key leadership team in the business to ensure crucial sales objectives are met.
  • It is critical that you can work well independently whilst forming an integral link within a team focused environment.
  • Strong reporting and business acumen skills.
  • Ability to liaise across production and logistics regarding day to day account management / customer needs.
  • High level networking, negotiation and presentation skills.

About Us

Nadrasca provides support to over 300 people with a disability across employment, community activities, accommodation and training.  The role is based in Nunawading but will see you on the road promoting Nadrasca’s services to as many clients as you can.
