About the Role

As a key member of a the Accommodation Services team and reporting directing to the Manager, Accommodation Services, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and management of support workers at the house, in order to provide a quality service for all relevant residents.

Ideally, candidates will have a relevant qualification in the disability sector.  Superior verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.

The key performance indicators for the role are:

  • managing team experience and or HR experience, specifically Leadership and Team Collaboration.
  • cooperation and professionalism including resolving day to day conflict in a timely manner.
  • conduct Supervision and provide mentoring to team members per the appropriate processes
  • support staff in day to day performance targets and provide professional development opportunities to the Accommodation Service Manager.

BUS DRIVER

Are you a person with a good driving record, dedicated, reliable, punctual and able to work alone and as part of a team?

About the Role

Nadrasca Community Options is recruiting for a bus driver to drive split shifts AM and PM 3-5 weekdays

Who we are looking for?

A person with the following qualifications, experience, skills and attributes:

Qualifications and Experience

  • Full and current Victorian car licence (manual). An endorsed licence is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate and CPR, or be willing to obtain one as soon as possible (which has to be updated annually).

Skills and Attributes

  • Safe, clean driving record.
  • Commitment to working with people with a disability.
  • Ability to support people with respect and as valued citizens.
  • Commitment to the safety of passengers on the bus.
  • Punctuality
  • Must have patience and a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Responsible and professional attitude to work and life.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain effective communication with all levels of the organisation as well as with parents/carers.

You must have current Working with Children Check or be willing to apply for one and you must undergo a Police Check (International Police Check if applicable).  If necessary, you must be willing to have a Medical fit for work assessment.
