As a key member of the Production Supervisor team and reporting directing to the Production Coordinator, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Teams within Nadrasca’s Contract Services section.  This is a hands-on position, with an emphasis on employment growth and support.

Ideally, candidates will have knowledge and/or understanding of production processes in a manufacturing and supervision environment.  Previous experience in or exposure to the disability sector would be an advantage.  A high level of verbal and written communication skills is essential, along with the capacity to relate to people at all levels of the business.
