Established in 1967, Nadrasca’s purpose is to Establish & Develop a Range of Services for People with a Disability.
The Nadrasca Values are: Trustworthy, Caring, Respectful and Supportive.
The organisation provides a range of services and employment for over 400 people with a disability, across 22 locations in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Nadrasca employs approximately 150 permanent, part time and casual staff across our services to assist our clients. These services include:

Nadrasca Training, which provides Certificate Level training in partnership with the Box Hill Institute.
In July 2017, Nadrasca won the Deakin Community Award in the Group Category, out of a total of 22 nominations.
In September 2011 Nadrasca was a joint recipient of the inaugural Community Award category for the Whitehorse Business Group “Excellence in Business Awards”. This category was introduced to recognise the contribution that the Not-for-Profit and Community sector make to the City of Whitehorse. The award recognises “excellence in business practices, management, customer service and business vision”.
The award is a credit to all the staff, employees and clients of Nadrasca and the award was accepted on behalf of the people Nadrasca supports.
